HMS Excellent Marina (also referred to colloquially as "G Mooring Marina") consists of the four pontoon walks that attach to G Mooring.
The pontoons and supporting structures are owned by the Marina Fund which is administered by the Marina Committee who have responsibilty for the maintenance and upkeep of the Marina.
G Mooring itself is an HMS Excellent facility that serves the needs of those arriving and leaving HMS Excellent by boat. There is also a small boat compound at Horsea Island for craft that can be moved and stored on trailers.

Marina berths (restricted length and draft) and storage space at Horsea Island are managed and operated by the Marina Committee (on behalf of the Commanding Officer, HMS Excellent) with priority being given to applications from serving and MoD entitled personnel though applications from those who have retired from Service/MoD will also be considered.
If you require further information then please do not hesitate to contact the Marina Committee by email at: marina.management@hmsexcellentmarina.net
